The Directory lets you configure each employee's general information including: Photo, Contacts, Departments, Functions and Application Roles. It also supports defining your organizational structure and assigning each employee to the right department.
The platform supports configuration of your business Document types including Dynamic Fields that you will need when managing your documents and supporting workflows.
Once your Document types are set up you can easily configure your business workflows with drag and drop functionality. You define the starting Condition for each Document type and then configure the different document States. Now you can define the Transitions between all States, corresponding actions and permissions along with the expected completion time for each state (SLA).
With Let It Flow you can now manage your documents through an easy to use interface. You can attach any files to your documents and preview the attachments with a single click. The platform makes it easy to manage and control the attachments versions and at any step of your workflow you can forward the documents for review and or feedback.
